| Caption: Huge fires in Arizona, June 7, 20011, spread large amounts of smoke northeast across Nebraska, streaming as far as Minnesota. The smoke plumes could clearly be seen on satellite images. As the sunset it turned blood red through that smoke. Without that smoke the sky would have been completely blue. Everything in the sky was the wide smoke plume. |
